Please read the following before continuing, and feel free to ask questions as well if there is something I have not covered here that you wish to know.
DISCLAIMER:
-Prices shown are baseline, and may vary based on subject complexity and/or any addon requests. (Note: these are also introductory prices; as time goes on, I may alter them should I feel the asking price is insufficient for the amount of work I put in, however I will alert clients beforehand and any orders before a price change will remain as previously agreed upon.)
-Half payment up front, and half on delivery with the exception of sketches, whereas all payments must be made upfront.
-Turn around time (TAT) will vary based on order complexity, and may even become a months long investment on the higher end of the spectrum. That being said, this can all be discussed before any agreement is finalized. I only ask that you be aware that I have a job and ADHD, so along with all of life's other commitments these may factor in to possible delays. I will, however, always communicate any potential delays and hiccups as they arrive. Please consider this before you make an order especially if you prefer a faster TAT.
-You are free to request WIPs at your leisure, but I ask that you please do so within reason. (I.E., Please do not hound me). That being said, it is a general policy of mine to provide clients with previews as often as possible, whether requested or not.
-The client is allowed several minor changes within reason throughout the duration of the project. Any major changes will incur a fee past the approved sketch phase, particularly if these changes drastically alters the original scope of the project.
-Partial refunds will be granted based on the amount of work already completed; if the piece is more than 90% completed, however, no refunds will be allotted. Should the piece be abandoned for a fault of my own, a full refund can be granted.
-Artwork produced is meant for personal use only, unless additional payment is provided for a commercial license, to be discussed.
-DO NOT USE MY ARWORK IN RELATION TO AI IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.
-I will draw practically anything humanoid, and certain animals/creatures particularly if a clear reference is provided for anything more 'fantastical'. However, when in doubt, simply ask.
-NSFW/Gore can be requested to an extent; again, simply ask, but note that this may incur additional fees, particularly if it's something that cannot be freely displayed.
-I reserve the right to use any pieces I produce for you for future advertising, though these images will be watermarked and downscaled when displayed; a fee will be incurred should the client wish for me to waive that right for their order.
